Solar Activity Monitor

Changing the way you see band conditions

Solar Activity Monitor

The Solar Activity Monitor is a small portable device, designed in the UK by ShackComs Ltd, connects through Wifi which displays Solar-Terrestrial Data, as designed by Paul L Herrman N0NBH, with its implementation on many websites.

The Solar Activity Monitor can be personalised with displaying your own callsign, band selection and the bottom right field can also be chosen to suit your interest of activity.

Once you have registered your device using the Register page, you can then personalise it by going to the Settings tab.

Use it anywhere

An obvious place to have your Solar Activity Monitor is in your shack, however, why not have it in your living room on a bookshelf for an instant check of band conditions and openings.

Powered by 5V via a USB-C connector and drawing only 135mA of current, most phone chargers will do. If you are out portable then a power bank will suffice giving hours of use whilst tethered to your phone.

No matter where you are, whether on a SOTA hike, around a friend's house or just about to get out of bed you can check the band conditions instantly, without having to switch your computer on!

Elegant, small and built in a robust case, the Solar Activity Monitor is your companion eye to the world of Solar-Terrestrial Data.
